Montgomery County Car Crash Accidents

Alabama has one of the highest rates in the United States for motor vehicle accidents. Many fatal crashes happen before dawn or after dusk. Alabama drivers have a one in three chance in their lifetime of being involved in a crash causing injury or fatality.

According to statistics, there have been 876 fatal crashes in 2021 in Alabama, resulting in 953 deaths. Information obtained from the Accident Data Center reveals that 127 of these fatal accidents occurred in Montgomery County.

Speeding, alcohol use and not wearing seat belts are often significant factors. Distracted driving from texting can make you 20 times more likely to get injured in a car accident. Fatalities often occur because many Alabama residents live in rural areas far away from hospitals.

Personal injuries resulting from these car crashes can lead to long-term disabilities. The financial and emotional consequences can be devastating. It can be difficult to handle all the major details after an accident has occurred when you are struggling to recover your physical health.

My family and I met Attorney Dwayne Brown after the unfortunate accident involving my niece. Attorney Brown did an exceptional job representing my family. He was the consummate professional, and treated my family with the utmost dignity and respect. As a result of his representation, my family was able to achieve a substantial settlement in our case. Although we obviously did not get our loved back, we are prayerful that we met Attorney Brown. My family would highly recommend Attorney Brown to anyone in a similar situation.

An excellent and professional lawyer. He took on a car accident case on my behalf, worked with me from across the country, and was just as vigorous in his pursuit of justice on day 912 as he was on day 1.
