Fatal Car Accidents in Mobile
The Department of Transportation for the state of Alabama offered data regarding the state’s motor vehicle collisions that explains that close to 95% of all accidents are the result of either a driver’s error in judgment or sub-par driver performance. The frequency with which these types of collisions take place has shown a steady yet persistent increase each year, mostly due to the ever-growing number of driver distractions that seem to be inversely proportional to the number of drivers who obey driving laws.
