Pedestrian Injuries in Boaz
Alabama obligates drivers to yield the right-of-way anytime a pedestrian is in a crosswalk on the same part of the roadway as the car or is close enough to the driving lane to be a potential danger.
Pedestrians are obligated to give the right-of-way to bicyclists and motor vehicles when they are crossing the roadway outside of a marked crosswalk or via an unmarked crosswalk in an intersection.
